Mr Fortune Mangwiro

At the helm is Mr Fortune Mangwiro, who is the Managing Director and Principal Registered Valuer of the company. He is a fellow of The Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ) and holder of a Bsc. Honours in Property Development and Estate Management (NUST). Mr Mangwiro is a man with vast experience in all sectors of valuation and property sales, management and development. Having worked in the Harare City Valuer and Estate Manager’s Division for many years, his experience encompasses all of immovable and movable assets including agricultural, industrial, commercial and residential. Mr Mangwiro worked for the Mining Industrial Pension Fund as property manager before moving to Mabikacheche and Associates T/A Surveying Services, before opening up Crusader Real Estate as the Managing Director with Ray Muzembe.

Raymond T. Muzembe is an Executive Director Finance and Administration at Crusader from its inception in 1993. He has a wealth of experience in Project a gained over the years. He attained his Public Administration Accounting Diploma in 1992 while in the Public Service occupying various positions until going on an early retirement while he was an assistant secretary grade in 1998.
